SUBCONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY for Enabling Tenant Improvements at T5.5 for General Contractors. This is for LAX TERMINAL CORES & APM INTERFACE PROJECT

ATTENTION All SBE, LSBE, LBE, DBE and DVBE’s. Austin Commercial was recently awarded a project with LAX, called the Terminal Cores and APM Interface (TCAPM). This is a great opportunity for the community to get involved. We are currently soliciting bids for Enabling Tenant Improvements from General Contractor’s (ONLY).

Our Pre-Bid meeting will be held on February 15, 2019 at 6101 W. Imperial Hwy, Suite 200, Los Angeles, California 90045 in Conference Room #1 from 8:00AM to 9:30AM (PST). Immediately following will be a non-mandatory job walk.

Scope of Work

  • Temp Barricades

  • Demolition

  • Drywall Partitions

  • Doors & Hardware & Windows,

  • Glazing & Storefront,

  • phenolic panel walls,

  • VCT,

  • drop ceilings,

  • Painting,

  • Signage,

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection for BSO’s, Electrical Room & SITA Room.

  • Patch metal siding, re-install letters signage

  • Patch nonskid surface

  • Striping

  • Precast sill wall

  • FF&E relocation

  • Site improvements that include demolition, equipment pads, metal bollards and Misc.
