A powerful 8-week program with 16 sessions guided by industry-leading experts
The program is tailored for small and growing construction companies to help address key administrative challenges and prepare you to succeed in the competitive construction industry with less challenges in your everyday business operations.

This immersive 8-week program offers participants the opportunity to strengthen their companies' administrative capabilities. The program includes 30 hours of in-class project administration training and a 10-hour internship with a corporate partner, totaling 40 hours of comprehensive construction administrative education. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.​

​Additional support services include technical assistance, job training, financial literacy, and career development. Participants will also gain access to local banks, insurance companies, and city, county, and state bid opportunities. Quarterly business and virtual development mixers provide networking opportunities with minority advisors, public and private sector representatives, and industry professionals to foster connections, share insights, and grow their businesses.
